Do you enjoy "hiking, kayaking, biking, rafting, climbing, hang gliding, camping, skiing, canoeing, touring, polar plunging, bungee jumping, parasailing, and skydiving?"
If you do, and you live in the Tidewater, Richmond, or Charlottesville regions of Virginia, you should check out the Virginia Adventure Club.
The club says they "focus on the 'ing' in living."
Previous adventures have included kayaking down the Shenandoah River, jumping into the cold Atlantic Ocean for the annual Polar Plunge at Virginia Beach, and hot air balloon flying in Charlottesville.

The Virginia Adventure Club has only one requirement--that you be at least 21 years old. It's a club that lets you set your own pace and just have fun. The club says there "are no required levels of participation, mandatory events, or competitions with other members."
Upcoming events include: tubing down the James River, kayaking with the dolphins in the Atlantic Ocean, and enjoying the Bay Seafood Festival in Lancaster County.
If you're up for some extreme adventures and some laid-back ones as well, contact the Virginia Adventure Club.
