Former Greenbrier Christian Academy Gator standout B.J. Upton of Chesapeake, Virginia, is part of a dynamic Tampa Bay Rays baseball squad heading into the 2008 American League Championship Series.
Upton started the American League Division Series off very slowly, but picked things up in closing out the Chicago White Sox as he knocked two home runs at U.S. Celluar Field in Chicago, Illinois.
Upton was the second overall draft pick in 2002. His younger brother, Justin, was the top pick in 2005. Justin plays for the Arizona Diamondbacks as an outfielder.
Last season Justin entered the National League Championship Series with the Diamondbacks. This year, his older brother has the opportunity to battle it out with a heated matchup with the Boston Red Sox, who beat the Los Angeles Angles in four games.
Here's a video of B.J. when he was quite a bit younger.

The Rays are this years top story in baseball. How far do you think they will go?
I think they'll take the World Series. It's going to be tough against the Sox and either NL team (especially the offense of Philly if the make it), but it's been a great year so far.
All the young talent is thirsty. Plus, they got B.J. from the 757. Plaxico Burress brought home the Super Bowl, now it's B.J.'s turn to bring home the World Series ring.
